When the new Massachusetts EVV Program launches on September 30, 2024, your employees will likely need some assistance to get started. The following items are provided to help your employees with their visits.

Sandata Mobile Connect

Sandata Mobile Connect®(SMC) is the easiest, most accurate way for you to confirm visit information quickly and easily to follow the rules of the 21st Century Cures Act.

The SMC app puts your recipients and their needs right at your fingertips. This simple clock-in/clock-out system walks you through the steps to quickly document the visit information.

Employees will need to download and log in to the SMC app to record visit information.

If they have not successfully logged in or they cannot use the app for some reason, please provide your employees with guidance on how to record visit information until they have SMC access. 

 

Tools to Train Your Staff

Share the Video Library available in the English help section of the Caregiver Library.

Visit the Sandata Caregiver Library for more information about entering visit data. There is no login required and help is available in both English and Spanish.
