Agency-Issued Resources

You can track who has what agency-issued resources using the agency-issued resources work flow.

To manage agency-issue resources:

  1. To manage the agency-issued resources for multiple employees, select Employee Care from the menu and then elect Agency-Issued Resources from theEmployee Management card.

    To manage the agency-issued resources for one employee:

    1. Select Employee Care from the menu and then select Employees from the Employee Management card.


    2. Select anywhere on the Employee card of the employee you want to see agency-issued resources for.
    3. Switch to the Agency-Issued Resources tab.

    The Agency-Issued Resources grid appears. From here you can do multiple functions:

    1Return to the Employee Care navigation screen.

    Add a new agency-issued resource.

    3 Open an agency-issued resource.
    4Use the outer arrow to go to the first agency-issued resource or the last one in the grid. Use the inner arrows to go to the next or previous set of agency-issued resources.

    Open the Filters to adjust your filter settings.

    6Search for an agency-issued resource.
    7Add, remove and reorder columns in the grid.
    8Open the Options tray to view additional functions.
    9Add or remove the Agency-Issued Resources grid from your Favorites menu.
    10Run a report.
    11Import agency-issued resources from MS Excel.
    12Export agency-issued resources to MS Excel.
    13View the audit history.
    14Close the Options tray.

    You may see a message similar to the one below. This message means additional agency-issued resources match your filter settings, but there are too many to show. If this happens you either need to adjust your filters or use the search to find the one you are looking for.

  2. Select an agency-issued resource to open it or select the + icon to add a new one.

    You will see information about the agency-issued resources:

    On this Card:You will find these Fields:
    Basic Information
    • Status: Assigned, Available, Decommissioned, Disregarded, Out for Repair, Returned
    • Type
    • Description
    • Date
    • Model Number
    • Serial Number
    • Employee
    • Date Returned
    • Date Decommissioned
    • Photo
    • Other Details

    From here you can do these additional functions:

    Return to the Employee Care navigation screen.

    2Return to the Agency-Issued Resources grid.
    3Change the status of the Agency-Issued Resource (if you have security permissions to do so).
    4Add or view any related tasks. A black number badge indicates the number of tasks (both open and completed) associated with it.
    5Add, view or remove watchers. A black number badge indicates the number of watchers already associated with it.
    6Run a report.
    7Create a copy.
    8Open the Options tray.
    9View the change history of it.

    Edit the agency-issued resource. When finished editing, select Save (or Cancel to discard changes).
