Employee Main Tab

You will find general information about the employee on the Main tab:

On this Card:	You will find these Fields:
Basic Information	Code Name (First, Middle, Nickname, Suffix) Legal Name (First, Middle, Last) - If these fields have information in them, them the Legal Name will be used in the W-2, etc. Otherwise the Name fields will be used instead. Sex SSN - The Social Security Number is used when processing W-2 information, if Payroll is licensed. Date of Birth Date of Death Age (Read Only): Age is automatically calculated in decimal format based on the date of birth entered and the current date as set on your computer or the date of birth entered and the date of death (if one is entered). A text version of the Age (Age String) is also available for reports. Active Use Position Management: If you want to use this employee in Basic Position Tracking or Employment Tracking Sync to DataPlus: If this employee will be logging in to Client Care. Employee Care. Staff Scheduling or Time Tracking Sync to CaraSolva MedSupport - If you have licensed Sandata eMar integration for Client Care select this option to sync this employee’s information to Sandata eMar (CaraSolva MedSupport) CaraSolva MedSupport Role - If you have licensed Sandata eMar integration for Client Care select the security role this employee will have in Sandata eMar (CaraSolva MedSupport) when the employee syncs. Override Noncompliance Restriction - If you have licensed Time Tracking and the employee’s requirement is set to restrict Time Tracking entry when out of compliance and you want to allow entry anyway, enter the date that they are able to enter time while out of compliance. Email Address Type (this will be the email address that becomes the user name in DataPlus) Photo
Address	Address 1 and 2 City, State, Zip Code: If you licensed Payroll, the state entered here is used to calculate state taxes and when processing W-2 information unless the State Tax Based On Cost Center check box is selected on the Taxes tab. County Country Region
Phone Numbers	Up to three phone numbers with corresponding types
Email Addresses	Up to three email addresses with corresponding types
