Billing Time Service Type Categories

Context:  

Billing Time Service Type Categories are assigned to Billing Time Service Types. They are used to group together similar service types for client overlap flag checking of Staff Time Worked With Clients log transactions.

Task:

To manage billing time service type categories:

1. Log in with your full login.
2. Select Setup from the menu.
   

   Step Results: The Setup screen opens.
   

3. Select Billing Time Service Type Categories on theDataPlus Setup card.
   

   Step Results: The Billing Time Service Type Categories screen opens.

4. Select a billing time service type category card from the list or enter a billing time service type category in the Search box to search for a specific billing time service type category or select Add to create a new one.
   

   Step Results: The Billing Time Service Type Category screen opens.

5. Complete or modify the information below as needed:

   Description	Enter a description of the time service type category. This is what staff will see in the list of categories to select from when setting up Billing Time Service Types and setting up Client Overlap flags.
   Active	Select if the time service type category is "in use" and should appear in the list of choices.

6. Select Save.
