Viewing Staff Information

Select Staff from the menu.
Note: By default only those staff with a Status of "Active" and a Staff Type of "Employee" appear in the card list. You can click the Filter icon and clear the Active Only check box to view both active and inactive staff and/or clear the Employee Only check box to view placeholder employees as well.
In addition, you can select to see those staff that appear because you are their Primary, Department and/or Backup manager. - Enter the name of the staff you want to update in the Search box.

Select the card of the staff you want to view.
Step Results: The staff's card opens.
Note: Basic Information, some Qualifications and Time Off Balances typically sync from ProviderPro. The Contact Information, Staff Notification Settings and Staff Hours Preferences are read only because they are maintained by the staff.

Select Security to view the staff's security settings.
Step Results: Unless you are also an administrator, the security settings will be read-only.

Select Schedule to view the staff's scheduled shifts and any pending or approved time off requests.
Step Results: Unless you are also a schedule manager, the schedule will be read-only.

Select Availability to view or manage the staff's availability.
Step Results: If staff managers are set to maintain availability under the Options, you can add and update the staff's typical availability. Otherwise, if the staff maintains it and the availability will be read-only.

SelectTime Off Requests to view, approve or deny the staff's time off requests or if Allow Managers to Add Approved Time under the Options is turned on, you can add additional approved time off for the staff.
Step Results: You will see the time off requests for the selected staff.

Select the down arrows in the breadcrumbs to switch between staff or between the Security, Schedule, Availability and Time Off Reasons.
Select the staff's name to go to that staff's information or select staff to go back to the list of staff cards.
