Logging Client Census
You can take attendance via the Client Census screen. If you it is a new week, you can generate the schedule using the location defaults first.
To do so:

Select Client Census from the Main menu.

Select the appropriate Data Collection Type from the list and make sure the Week of is on the correct week.

Select the number beneath the date on the same row as the service location where you want to take attendance.
The number represents the number of clients present vs the total number of clients entered.

Click Add Client to add another client entry to the location census or edit the information for existing clients.
The information that appears on the census form varies based on the settings in the data collection type.

Complete the following information and click Save
Client The name of the client Attendance The attendance type. The options in the list will vary based on setup. If the client was absent, you may also be prompted to enter an absence reason. Notes Any related notes for the client. Services Select Add Service to select a service, begin time, end time and staff if needed. You may also be required to enter notes. Transportation Select any transportation options if needed. This may be either a check box or a drop down list depending on setup. You may also be required to enter notes.
