Viewing and Editing Your Own Transactions
Staff can view both Clock and Log transactions, as well as update unapproved Log transactions from My Log screen. Review Log and Approve Log Managers can update both unapproved Clock and Log transactions on behalf of staff from the Staff Log screen.
To view and update transactions:
Click My Log in the menu.
Select or tap a block on the Hours graph or click Open on a row in the Other Hours/Amounts grid, Mileage grid or Expenses grid.
Note: Mouse over a block or press and hold a block to view more details without opening it.
Select Edit to make any needed changes.
Note: If the Edit button does not appear, then the flag checker hasn't finished processing (you will see an hour glass icon) the transaction has already been approved (you will see the green circle with a check mark icon) or you do not have security permissions to edit.
When finished editing, click Save.
Note: You may be required to enter a note when updating a transaction depending on your agency's setup.
Scroll down to view any flags or notes associated with this transaction.
Select Show Auditing to view the audit history for this transaction.
Click the down arrow to view more detailed auditing information.
If you are viewing a Clock or EVV transaction and location tracking is enabled, click the Pin icon to view a larger map showing where the staff was when clocking in or out.
Select the left and right arrows at the top of the screen to navigate between the transaction details without closing the pop-up. This is also useful for finding a duplicate or overlapping entry that is not visible in the Hours graph.
