Excluding Clients from Staff

The auto-scheduler will not assign staff to a slot if any of the staff's excluded clients are scheduled for that shift.

To exclude a client from staff:

Task:
  1. Select Staff from the menu and then enter the name of the staff you want to update in the Search box.

  2. Select the card of the staff you want to exclude clients from.

    Step Results: The staff's card opens.

  3. Select Add on the Excluded Clients card.

    Step Results: The Excluded Clients pop-up opens.

  4. Select the client(s) the staff is excluded from working with and then click Save.

  5. Select the minus sign next to an excluded client to remove it from the staff.

    Step Results: A confirmation pop-up appears.

  6. Select Yes to remove the excluded client.
