Overriding the Time of a Slot

Context:

The schedule manager can override a specific slot within a shift to a different time frame if it is shorter or longer than the shift itself.

To override the time of a slot:

Task:

Select Scheduling Locations from the menu and then enter the name of the scheduling location in the Search box.
Select Schedule on the scheduling location card.

Step Results: The schedule for the scheduling location opens.
Select the shift from the calendar grid.

Step Results: The shift opens.
Select the slot you want to override on the Slot card.

Step Results: The Slot pop-up opens.
Select Edit.
Select the Override Time check box, change the Begin/End Times as needed, and click Save.

Step Results: The Slot will close and you will see the Update Successful toast.
