Generating Schedule

Use Generate Schedule to create shifts for the weekly schedule based on the shift templates set up for the scheduling location. If the scheduling location's Schedule Method is set to "From Source," then any staff assigned to the Shift Template's Time Slots will be included in the generated shifts. If the scheduling location's Weeks in Cycle option is greater than one, the shifts will be based on the next week in the rotation as determined by the Week A Start date of the scheduling location. You can generate shifts for one scheduling location or multiple scheduling locations at the same time.

Note: It may take a few minutes for the Generate process to complete. You will need to click the Refresh icon to view the generated shifts.
