Removing Staff From Schedule

You can remove a staff from all future shifts as well as shift templates (optional). Once you have removed the staff, you can then update the shift templates to replace the removed staff and generate the shifts again.

To remove staff:

  1. Select Staff from the menu.

  2. Enter the name of the staff you want to update in the Search box.
  3. Select the card of the staff you want to view.

    The staff's card opens.

  4. Select Schedule to view the staff's schedule.

  5. Next, select Remove Staff.
  6. Enter the date range of the shifts you want to remove this staff from (the staff will be removed from all shifts regardless of the location).

  7. Select the Remove From Templates check boxes if you also want to remove the staff for all shift templates.
  8. Select Remove.

The staff will be removed from the shifts in the selected date range and any shift templates if selected. You will see a blue toast message appear when it finishes.
