Acknowledging Flags

As the schedule manager you can acknowledge/unacknowledge the following shift and staff flags. You can acknowledge flags from the shift, slot or from flags.

The following table defines the various flags and the default level.

Attendance: Staff Did Not Work At All	Error
Attendance: Staff Did Not Work Part Of The Time	Warning
Attendance: Staff worked in a different location than what was scheduled	Notice
Filled Shift Slot: Staff has been scheduled to work during time off	Error
Filled Shift Slot: Staff has been scheduled to work for two or more overlapping slots	Error
Filled Shift Slot: Staff has been scheduled to work in a location not approved for	Error
Filled Shift Slot: Staff has been scheduled to work outside availability	Warning
Filled Shift Slot: Staff has been scheduled to work with an excluded client	Error
Filled Shift Slot: Staff is no longer active	Error
Filled Shift Slot: A shift swap was picked up and needs to be approved/denied	Warning
Pending time off request	Warning
Scheduled Hours: less than the company's absolute minimum hours per week	Warning
Scheduled Hours: less than the company's preferred minimum hours per week	Notice
Scheduled Hours: less than thestaff's preferred minimum hours per week	Notice
Scheduled Hours: more than the company's absolute maximum hours per day	Notice
Scheduled Hours: more than the company's absolute maximum hours per week	Warning
Scheduled Hours: more than the company's preferred maximum hours per day	Notice
Scheduled Hours: more than the company's preferred maximum hours per week	Warning
Scheduled Hours: more than the staff's preferred maximum hours per day	Notice

Shift: Not enough slots to meet mandatory staff count	Error
Shift: Qualifications are not met	Error
Unfilled Shift Slot: An open shift was picked up and needs to be approved/denied	Warning
Unfilled Shift Slot: There is no staff scheduled	Error
The scheduled hours do not match the logged hours. (If using Time Tracking as well.)	Warning
Staff not clocked in yet. (If using Time Tracking as well.)	Error
