Managing Change Requests
Once the schedule is published staff can post and pick up shifts. Depending on the scheduling location's settings, the schedule manager may need to accept or deny the schedule change requests.
To approve or deny a change request:

Select Change Requests under Schedule in the menu or select Approve or Deny on the Change Requests card for the request on the Home screen.
Step Results: If you selected Change Requests from the menu, the Change Requests screen opens. Continue on to Step 2.
If you selected Approve or Deny on the Change Requests card, skip to Step 3.

Select the calendar icon to view the staff's schedule for the week that includes the current shift, which will be highlighted on the schedule and shown as pending.
Step Results: The read-only calendar appears. Select the X in the upper right corner to close it.
Note: The Total Scheduled Hours does not include the pending shift(s) - the striped yellow one(s).

Select Approve or Deny on the Change Request card for the request you want to approve or deny.
Note: Select Details to go to the associated shift.
Step Results: A confirmation message appears.

Step Results: The Change Request card disappears. The staff picking up (approved or denied) and posting (if approved only) the shift will be notified of the status of the request if they set up their notification settings under User Settings.
