Managing Scheduling Location Shift Templates
A shift template is a time block (begin and end time) that is configured to know the days of the week applicable, what qualifications are needed based on the scheduling location and on the client(s) present (if any), how many slots need to be filled and optionally can include the staff to fill those slots.
As a scheduling location manager, you can create and manage shift templates. The schedule manager can then use shift templates to create the initial shifts when creating the weekly schedule for a scheduling location.
