Sandata I/DD Data Plus Build 4.2010 (or later)

Sandata I/DD Data Plus Build 4.2010 (or later

Release Date: Thursday, November 14, 2024

Below you will find a list of the new features and improvements for this Data Plus release.

Allow Client Signature Prompt Outside of EVV

The system will now allow a client signature prompt for time entries, even if Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) is not enabled. Previously, EVV had to trigger the client verification prompt, but now it can function independently of EVV. This feature impacts time tracking, specifically for client time types and data collection types.

Allow Mileage with Client and Staff Miles to Be Decimals

This feature allows for decimal values in mileage entries for both client and staff mileage logs. Previously, mileage could only be entered as whole numbers. The change will be applied to My Log, Staff Log, Service Location Log. However, this will not apply to the home screen where real-time mileage is entered.

Ability to Run a Report for All Notes Entered by Staff for All Clients

This feature enables users to generate a report that includes all notes entered by a staff member for all their clients. There are three new notebook reporting options. You can now create reports to see notes entered across an entire notebook for Clients, Client Placements, and Placements.

You will see four standard reports/layouts already created for you:

  • Client Notes by Employee
  • Client Notes by Client
  • Client Placement Notes by Placement
  • Placement Notes to get your started

You will only see the notes for the Clients, Client Placements, Placements, and Notebooks you will have security access to.

Ability to Print Requirement History Data Collection from the Print Browser

This feature allows users to print requirement history data collection, specifically for documentation related to placements. The goal is to clean up the print functionality, making it easier to view and print signatures and relevant history without clutter or overlap in the output. Users can print from the documentation history section, and it is designed to show a more organized and user-friendly format when generating these prints.
