Sandata I/DD DataPlus Build 4.2020 (or later)
Release Date: Friday, December 13, 2024
Below you will find a list of the new features and improvements for this Data Plus release.
Client Care
Data Collection Printing Improvements
A new improvement has been made to the data collection printing functionality, specifically related to print icon from data collection history. When accessing the History tab under documentation, users can now print task details in a cleaner, more organized layout.
Previously, printed reports would have overlapping content, misaligned text, and portions cut off when printed. The new layout ensures that all information is clearly displayed without issues.
Time Tracking
Time Tracking Log Entries Edit Reports
We’ve added two new reports to enhance tracking of time entry changes:
- Employee View: This report allows employees to view changes made to their own time log entries. Employees can select the specific date range for which they want to see edits.
- To access, go to Time Tracking and select Time Tracking Entries Edit Log. After selecting the desired date range, run the report to view your time entry edits.
Example Report:
- Manager View: This report allows managers to track changes made to time log entries for all their staff members.
These reports provide greater visibility and ensure more accurate tracking of time entry edits.
Employee Care
ETS Change That Will No Longer Inactivate Job Titles
In the latest update to the Employee Tracking System (ETS), only the employee's primary job title will be considered for update purposes. Additional job titles associated with an employee will no longer be inactivated as part of ETS processing. To inactivate any job titles no longer in use for an employee once final billing and/or payroll has been completed (as applicable), you will need to manually update the employee's profile.
Payroll
2025 Tax Table Updates
We are currently reviewing the state and federal tax table updates for Payroll. We will release two rounds of updates with one being released prior to 12/25 and a second of changes in early January for any late published updates.
