1. What exactly is happening?
Sandata Learn is getting an upgrade! The new Sandata Learn offers improved functionality, easier navigation, and a refreshed look and feel. The learning content you rely on will remain the same.
2. Why is this change happening?
We heard your feedback and are excited to bring you an improved learning experience. The upgraded Sandata Learn will feature a modern interface, enhanced functionality, and more intuitive navigation to make finding and completing training easier.
3. When is this happening?
The migration is planned for Spring 2026. We’ll share the exact launch date as soon as it’s finalized, so you’ll have plenty of time to prepare.
4. Will my saved bookmark for Sandata Learn still work?
Yes! If you’ve bookmarked www.sandatalearn.com, it will automatically take you to the upgraded Sandata Learn site once it launches.
There will be a transition period after launch, during which you can still access the current Sandata Learn site (though new content will only be added to the new platform). We’ll provide clear banners and notifications to guide you, and our goal is to make this transition as smooth and stress-free as possible.
5. Are you changing the content?
No—the content will remain the same. You’ll simply experience it in a refreshed environment with improved navigation and usability.
6. When can I see what the new system will look like?
You’ll have full access to the new system on launch day. In the months leading up to launch, we’ll also share video tours and overview materials so you can get familiar with the platform ahead of time.
7. How will I access my completion certificate from a course I completed?
During the transition period after launch, you’ll still be able to access your certificates on the current Sandata Learn site. After that period, our support team will be happy to help you retrieve any completion certificates you need.
8. Will my Sandata Learn login change?
Yes, you’ll create a new account to access the upgraded Sandata Learn site. Simply click the Create Account link on the new login page, enter your information (such as name, work email address, and state), and select Sign Up. Once completed, you’ll be taken directly to your new Sandata Learn homepage.
