1. What exactly is happening?
Sandata On-Demand is getting an upgrade! The new Sandata On-Demand offers improved functionality, easier navigation, and a refreshed look and feel. The knowledge content you rely on will remain the same.
2. Why is this change happening?
We heard your feedback and are excited to bring you an improved learning experience. The upgraded Sandata On-Demand will feature a modern interface, enhanced functionality, and more intuitive navigation. The platform includes Caree, an AI-powered virtual assistant that responds to inquiries and recommends related content for further learning.
3. When is this happening?
The migration is planned for Spring 2026. We’ll share the exact launch date as soon as it’s finalized, so you’ll have plenty of time to prepare.
4. Will my saved bookmarks for Sandata On-Demand still work?
Yes! If you’ve bookmarked https://sandata.zendesk.com/, your link will automatically redirect to the new Sandata On-Demand site once it launches. After launch, there will be a three-month transition period during which you can still access the current Sandata On-Demand site. However, all new content will be published exclusively in the new platform. Clear banners and notifications will be in place to guide you, and our goal is to make the transition as smooth and seamless as possible.
Links to the current system will continue to work during the transition period. After the three-month transition window, those links will no longer be available. If you’ve saved bookmarks to specific pages in the old system, you’ll just need to update them to the matching pages in the new platform.
5. Are you changing my state-specific content?
No—the content will remain the same. You’ll simply experience it in a refreshed environment with improved navigation and usability.
6. When can I see what the new system will look like?
You’ll have full access to the new system on launch day. In the months leading up to launch, we’ll also share video tours and overview materials so you can get familiar with the platform ahead of time.
