Accrued Minutes Visits Report

Description 

This report provides information on accrued minutes visits for the selected date range and provider.
Accrued minutes visits are identified by a reason code of 280 for the Missouri program. These visits account for any excess minutes, and their duration is always divisible by 15 minutes.

Accrued minutes are calculated per provider, client, and service, and must fall within a single calendar month. The report is organized by client, then by service, and by service month, displaying all visits for that client.

Each record includes details such as services provided, total minutes, total accrued minutes, and accrued units. The maximum date range for this report is 366 days.
