Searching for a Plan or Care

1. Navigate to the View Plans of Care screen. (Plan of Care).

2. Enter the search criteria.

3. Click SEARCH.

4. Click the Edit icon ( ) icon to view the Creating New / Editing Plan of Care screen.

Note: Searching with no criteria selected displays a complete list of all Plans of Care which were active during the selected date range.
