Providers Tab

The Providers Tab displays the provider numbers associated with the payer.

Field	Description
Number	Use this field to enter the provider number associated with the payer.
API	Use this field to enter the API number associated with the payer.
NPI	Use this field to enter the NPI number associated with the payer.
Locator	Use this field to enter the locator number associated with the payer.
Taxonomy	Use this field to enter the taxonomy number associated with the payer.
TaxID	Use this field to enter the tax identification number associated with the payer.
