Address

The Address section of the General Tab displays the physical address information for the payer.

Field	Description
Address	Use this field to enter the payer’s address.
City	Use this field to enter the payer’s city.
State	Use this field to enter the payer’s state.
Zip	Use this field to enter the payer’s zip.
