Deactivating an Existing Rate Plan

If a rate plan is no longer in use but must be saved for whatever reason, it can become inactive rather than being deleted. To deactivate an existing rate plan:

1. Navigate to the System Payor screen.

Main Menu > Billing > Payors

2. Double click on the selected payer.

3. Deselect the Active check box.
4. Click Save.
