Plan of Care
The Plan of Care section contains the client’s outlined Plan of Care which includes all tasks that they need performed as well as the frequency of these events. While Plans of Care are usually set for a fixed period, they can be extended as required.
Field | Description |

Hide Outdated | Select this check box to hide outdated plan of cares. |
Service | Displays the type of service required. |
Begin Date | Displays the starting date of the plan of care. |
End Date | Displays the ending date of the plan of care. |
