Adding a New Plan of Care

To add a new plan of care to a client’s profile:

Navigate to the Client Search screen.

Main Menu > Client

Locate and double click on the client using the search filters.

Click Plan of Care.

Click Add New Plan of Care.

Enter the plan of care details on the Plan of Care Detail window.

Click Save.
