Accrued Schedule Minutes Report

Description:

This report displays a list of schedules and their proposed start/end times, as well as actual start/end times and overage, sorted by client.

Use:

This report can be used by the agency to view schedules and overage sorted by client or staff member, to review scheduled vs actual minutes.

Filters

Use the following fields to limit the report output to:

Field

Description

Team

The selected team.

Client

Client by name (last name, first name) or Sandata Client ID.

When a partial name is entered the report displays results that begin with the entered characters.

Service

The selected service.

Staff

The selected staff member.

Date From

The first date of a selected range of dates.

Date To

The last date of a selected range of dates.

Report Output

Each column of the report displays:

Description

Client Name

The client’s name (last, first).

Admission ID

The client’s admission ID.

Service Date

The date the service was performed.

Service

The code for the service performed.

Staff Name

The staff member’s name (last, first).

Scheduled Times Start/End

The scheduled start and end times of the visit.

Actual Times Start/End

The actual start and end times of the visit.

Scheduled Minutes

The number of minutes scheduled for the visit.

Scheduled Units

The number of units scheduled for the visit.

Serviced Minutes

The number of minutes in which a service was performed.

Serviced Units

The number of units for which a service was performed.

Overage Minutes

The number of overage minutes for the schedule.
