Calendar by Staff

Description:

This report displays a calendar containing scheduled visits for staff members within the selected date range.

This report can be used by staff and the agency to view the frequency and scheduling of visits for specified staff members.

This report can be filtered by:

Field	Description
Company	The selected company.
Location	The selected location.
Service	The selected service.
Staff	Staff member by name (last name, first name). When a partial name is entered the report displays results that begin with the entered characters.
Coordinator	The selected coordinator.
Event Status	The event status.
Date From	The first date of a selected range of dates.
Date To	The last date of a selected range of dates.

Each column of the report displays:

Field	Description
Staff Name	The staff member's name (last, first).
Staff Address	The staff member's primary address.
Staff Phone	The staff member's primary phone number.
Scheduled Visit Times	The scheduled times for the visit.
Service	The type of care provided.
Scheduled Client Names	The client's name (last, first).
Client ID	The client's ID number.
Service	The type of care provided (relisted).
Client	The client's name (last, first).
Address	The client's street address.
City, State	The city and state of the client's address.
Phone	The client's phone number.
