Description:

This report displays a list of scheduled visits and events sorted under the respective client.

Use:

This report can be used by staff or the agency to view times and frequency of visits for individual clients, as well as notes for care.

This report can be filtered by:

Field

Description

Company

The selected company.

Location

The selected location.

Team

The selected team.

Client

Client by name (last name, first name) or Sandata client ID .

When a partial name is entered the report displays results that begin with the entered characters.

Coordinator

The selected coordinator.

Manager

The selected manager.

Staff Manager

The selected staff manager.

Disaster Level

The selected disaster level.

County

The selected county.

Admit Types

The code for the client's admission.

Payors

The selected payors.

Service

The selected service.

Event Status

The selected event status.

Event Location

The selected event location.

Date From

The first date of a selected range of dates.

Date To

The last date of a selected range of dates.

Time From

The start time of a selected range of times.

Time To

The end time of a selected range of times.

Sorting

This report can be sorted by:

Field

Description

Schedule Date

Sorts the report by the scheduled date in ascending or descending order.

Staff Name

Sorts the report by staff name in ascending or descending order.

Blank if unknown.

Time In

Sorts the report by the scheduled start time in ascending or descending order.

Report Output

Each column of the report displays:

Client Name

The client's name (last, first).

Client ID

The client's ID number.

Client Phone

The client's phone number.

Address

The client's primary address.

Date

The scheduled date of the visit.

Staff

The staff member's name (last, first).

Service

The type of care provided.

In

The scheduled start time for the visit.

Out

The scheduled end time for the visit.

Total

The total scheduled hours for the visit.

Status

The event's status.

Notes

Notes and directions written for the client.

Manager

The client's manager.

Total Events

The total number of events for each client.
