Authorization Schedule Variance Report

Description:

This report displays the variance between authorized proposed visit times and authorized actual visit times. The report includes basic client details as well as authorization information including the reference number, authorization date ranges, performed services and other details. This report is output in an Excel .CSV format.

Use:

This report can be used review the differences between proposed and actual visit times to identify inconsistencies or make changes to an authorization.

Filters

This report can be filtered by:

Field	Description
Company	Use this dropdown to select the company.
Location	Use this dropdown to select the location.
Admit Type	Use this dropdown to select the admission type.
Payor	Use this dropdown to select the payor.
Client	Use this dropdown to select the client.
Coordinator	Use this dropdown to select the coordinator.
Auth Limit By	Use this dropdown to select the auth limit.
Event Status	Use this field to select the event status(es).
Date From	Use this field to search for clients beginning on this date.
Date To	Use this field to search for clients ending on this date.

Report Output

Each column of the report displays:

Field	Description
Client Name	Displays the client’s name.
Client ID	Displays the client’s ID number.
Client Customer #	Displays the client’s customer number.
Auth Ref #	Displays the authorization reference number.
Auth From	Displays the start of the authorized date range.
Auth To	Displays the end of the authorized date range.
Service	Displays the service being performed.
Shared	Displays if the service is being shared with another client.
Auth Format	Displays the authorization’s format (hours/units)
Auth Limit By	Displays any limits to the authorization.
Auth Available	Displays the remaining authorized hours.
Proposed Schedule	Displays the proposed scheduled hours amount.
Proposed Variance	Displays the proposed variance in hours.
Actual Schedule	Displays the actual hours amount.
Actual Variance	Displays the actual variance.
