Schedules by Staff Weekly
Description:
This report displays a list of staff schedules for the selected date range, sorted by week beginning. This displays as one staff member per page.
Use:
This report can be used by staff or the agency to view each staff member's schedule individually, sorted by week beginning.

Filters
This report can be filtered by:
Field | Description |
---|---|
Company | The selected company. |
Location | The selected location. |
Admit Type | The code for the client's admission. |
Team | The selected team. |
Staff | Staff member by name (last name, first name). When a partial name is entered the report displays results that begin with the entered characters. |
Event Status | The selected event status. |
Date From | The first date of a selected range of dates. |
Date To | The last date of a selected range of dates. |
Sorting
This report can be sorted by:
Field | Description |
---|---|
Client Name | Sorts the report by client name in ascending or descending order. |
Schedule Date | Sorts the report by scheduled date in ascending or descending order. |
Time In | Sorts the report by the scheduled start time in ascending or descending order. |
Report Output
Each column of the report displays:
Field | Description |
---|---|
Staff | The staff member's name (last, first). |
Week Beginning | The week beginning (month date, year). |
Client | The client's name (last, first). |
Date | The date of the scheduled event. |
Scheduled In | The scheduled start time for the event. |
Scheduled Out | The scheduled end time for the event. |
Total | The length of the event in hours. |
Actual In | The actual start time for the event. |
Actual Out | The actual end time for the event. |
Status | The status of the event. |
Notes | Any written notes for the event. |
Events | The total number of events for the staff member. |
Hours | The total number of hours for the staff member. |
Total Events | The total number of events for the entire report. |
Total Hours | The total number of hours for the entire report. |
