Unassigned Cases Report

Description:

This report displays a list of unassigned cases sorted by coordinator.

Use:

This report can be used by the agency to view details regarding unassigned cases.

Filters

This report can be filtered by:

Field	Description
Company	The selected company.
Location	The selected location.
Admit Type	The code for the client's admission.
Team	The selected team.
Payor	The selected payor.
Service	The selected service.
Staff Manager	The selected staff manager.
Coordinator	The selected coordinator.
Date From	The first date of a selected range of dates.
Date To	The last date of a selected range of dates.

Sorting

This report can be sorted by:

Field	Description
Client Name	Sorts the report by client name in ascending or descending order.
Schedule Date	Sorts the report by schedule date in ascending or descending order.

Report Output

Each column of the report displays:

Field	Description
Coordinator	The coordinator's number and name (last, first).
Client	The client's name (last, first).
Chart ID	The client's Chart ID number.
Date	The date of the event.
Start Time	The start time of the event.
End Time	The end time of the event.
Duration	The duration of the event.
Service	The type of care provided.
Events	The number of events for the coordinator.
Hours	The total number of hours for the coordinator.
Total Events	The total numer of events on the entire report.
Total Hours	The total number of hours on the entire report.
