EVV Compliance Report
Description:
This report displays Electronic Visit Verification Compliance statistics for a selected date range. The report includes amounts for total, late, and missed visits as well as compliance percentages. This report is output in the Excel .CSV format.
Use:
This report can be used to quickly reference EVV Compliance statistics for a selected date range.

This report can be filtered by:
Field | Description |

Date From | Use this dropdown to select the company. |
Date To | Use this dropdown to select the location. |
Payors | Use this dropdown to select the admission type. |
Report Output
Each column of the report displays:
Field | Description |

Total Visits | Displays the number of total visits. |
Late Visits | Displays the number of late visits. |
Missed Visits | Displays the number of missed visits. |
EVV Check In | Displays the number of EVV check ins. |
EVV Check Out | Displays the number of EVV check outs. |
Total Manual Confirmations | Displays the total number of manual confirmations. |
# of Occurrences | This column displays the number of occurrences. |
Compliance % | This column displays the compliance % number. |
