1. Tap the Sandata Mobile Connect icon to launch the application.
2. Enter username and password.
3. Tap Sign In.
4. Enter or select your agency. If you work for more than one agency, select the agency from the drop-down menu.
5. Tap Sign In.
Using Face or Fingerprint to Log In
To log in using face or fingerprint functionality, you must enable and register face or fingerprint data on your mobile device, if face or fingerprint login for SMC is not available, check the device settings. Depending on the mobile device being used, you may log in using face scanning (iOS only) or fingerprint scanning (Android or iOS).
1. Tap either:
A. Touch ID (iOS) / Fingerprint (Android)().
i. Place your finger on the device's fingerprint scanner.
i. Allow the device's front camera to scan your face.
Face or Fingerprint Log In
Users can now access SMC using face or fingerprint identification stored on their mobile device. Apple users can log in using Face ID. Android users can log in use their device's fingerprint scanner.
Once you have logged in for the first time using your password, you can then enable face or fingerprint login on the Settings screen.
When logging in using face or fingerprint, the normal password rules are still followed for password reset and expiration. When a user's password is no longer valid and they log in using their face or fingerprint, then they are immediately prompted to reset their password. Face or fingerprint login can be disabled on the Settings screen.
2. Check your device and make sure face or fingerprint ID is enabled in the device settings.

3. Tap the face or fingerprint icon.
4. Scan your face or follow the screen prompts for fingerprint.
Your password will populate.
5. Tap Sign In.
6. Enter or select your agency from the drop-down, if applicable.
If you only work for one agency tapping Sign In will log you in without this information.
7. Tap Sign In.
