Configuring Universal Password for Sandata Mobile Connect - SMC OnePass

Previously, when signing in to the Sandata Mobile Connect (SMC) app, you may have had separate passwords for each Agency account. Now with SMC OnePass, you will only need one universal password.

  1. Sign into the SMC app using your current username, password, and select an Agency from the dropdown menu.

  2. Once signed in successfully, your user information will automatically be enrolled in Sandata’s Identity Management (IDM) system.

  3. Sign out of the app and close the app. Then, sign back into the SMC app again.

     

  4. You may be prompted to make a new one-time password if you have multiple SMC accounts. This password will be your new Universal Password. If you only have one SMC account, then the last password you used becomes your Universal Password automatically and you will not see this Create a Password screen. You can select continue to begin services as usual.

     

5. You will receive an automated email from MobileAdmin_AM@sandata.com The email is confirmation that you no longer need to log in separately for multiple agency accounts.
