Independent Provider Passcode Reset

You can reset your TVV passcode from the DCW/Employee record. Complete the following steps to reset.

1. Select DCW/Employees in the navigation panel.

2. You will only see one option on the DCW/Employee homepage. Select your name.

3. Under the Personal tab, select the pencil icon in the Identifiers section.

4. Enter your new passcode, then select Save.
