You can reset your TVV passcode from the DCW/Employee record. Complete the following steps to reset.
1. Select DCW/Employees in the navigation panel.
2. Find and select the DCW/Employee name.
3. Under the Personal tab, select the pencil icon in the Identifiers section.
4. Enter your new passcode, then select Save.
