ODM Sandata On-Demand User Journey

This article will assist users when they are logging into Sandata On-Demand (SOD).

The user will type the following URL into their browser:

https://sandata.zendesk.com/hc/en-us Google Chrome is the recommended browser to access the Sandata Help Center.

This will take them to the SOD Home Page.

User clicks on the Sign-in button. They are taken to this Login Options Page: Allows for Ohio users to login with their OHID credentials or for Non-Ohio users to log directly into Sandata On-Demand. The Ohio users must click on the button on the left side of the login page identified as: Continue with OHID (Ohio Users).

Ohio user clicks on the 'Continue with OHID' button. This takes the suer to the OHID Single Sign-On (SSO) Login page:
