Creating a New Schedule

You can create visit schedules for your clients, either for one visit or for recurring visits. You can also add an employee to the schedule. When using the Sandata Mobile Connect app, caregivers can simply clock in to a scheduled visit.

  1. From the Scheduling Module, Click Create Schedule.

2. Once you start typing a client’s name in the Client field, you can select that client and see their service and authorization information.  Select a Bill Unit Type, Service and Event Code (required fields).

 

3. Enter the date, and the start and end times. The Event will be in Pending status until it occurs, and then the system will update the status to Confirmed.

4. Begin typing in the Employee that will be scheduled for this visit and select.

If this will be a recurring event, check the Repeat Event box.

5. When you select Repeat Event, the pop up window allows you to choose the recurrence, and the days of the week the visits should occur. Once entered, choose Done.

6. Click Create Preview.

 

7. Preview the schedule details. Any scheduling conflicts will show, and you can change the employee or Override. Respond to any conflicts, and then Save. This will create all the schedules that checked and in the Schedule Review section.

8. To view or edit this schedule, do this from the Schedule Module or the Client Module, Scheduling tab.
