A schedule can be canceled from either the client management module or the scheduling module. Follow the steps below for either one.
- 1. In the list of schedules from either module, use the 3 dots on the right and choose Edit. You may also choose other fields (except for employee or client name) to edit the schedule.
- 2. In the Edit Schedule screen, select the Status dropdown.
3. Choose Cancelled, then select Save Changes.
4. Next, in the Cancel Schedule window, choose a reason from the Cancel Reason list.
5. Enter an optional note on the cancel reason, then select Save Changes.
