Cancelling a Schedule

A schedule can be canceled from either the client management module or the scheduling module. Follow the steps below for either one. 

  1. 1. In the list of schedules from either module, use the 3 dots on the right and choose Edit. You may also choose other fields (except for employee or client name) to edit the schedule. 

 

  1. 2. In the Edit Schedule screen, select the Status dropdown.
  1. 3. Choose Cancelled, then select SAVE.
