When you need to reschedule a client visit, you will want to edit a schedule by updating the date, times, or employee.
- 1. From the Scheduling module, you will see a list of all scheduled events. You can select one from the list or start by clicking on the DATE RANGE to filter by date. You can also filter by Client or Employee.
- 2. Select the DATE of the event to open the Edit Schedule screen.
- 3. Then, use the drop-down menus to update the Schedule Details. Enter the Times for the rescheduled event. Use the toggle at the bottom if the previous visit was missed and this is considered a reschedule.
