Violent Incident Log (California Only) Setup Lists

For those agencies that have licensed the additional Employee Care California feature set and want to use the Violent Incident Log, you will need to configure the related setup lists.

To manage the violent incident log setup lists:

  1. Select Setup from the navigation pane and then select Employee Care.

  2. Scroll down to the Violent Incidents Log card.


  3. Select the setup list you want to manage:

    This setup list:Is used here:For:
    Violent Incident Committed by ClassificationsViolent Incident Log The classification of who committed the violence, such as client, customer, family or friend of a client or customer, stranger with criminal intent, coworker, supervisor or manager, partner or spouse, parent or relative, or other perpetrator.
    Violent Incident LocationsViolent Incident LogThe location of where the violent incident occurred.
  4. Select anywhere on an existing card to open it for viewing and editing or select the + to add a new one.
  5. Enter the Code and/or Description and select Save.
