Leave Tracking Setup Lists

To manage the leave tracking related setup lists:

  1. Select Setup from the navigation pane and then select Employee Care.

  2. Scroll down to the Leave Tracking card.
  3. Select the setup list you want to manage:

    FMLA Poster LocationsEmployee Leave Tracking

    FMLA poster locations are indicated in the FMLA Eligibility and Rights Notice to let employee know where they can find FMLA information.

    Non-FMLA Leave TypesEmployee Leave Tracking Non-FMLA leave types are used to categorize the reasons why an employee is taking non-FMLA leave such as personal leave, administrative leave, etc.
  4. Select anywhere on an existing card to open it for viewing and editing or select the + to add a new one.
  5. Enter the Code and/or Description and select Save.
