Client Managers
As a client manager, you manage the information about your clients that does not sync from ProviderPro, including qualifications and locations.
Note: If you sync Clients from ProviderPro, do NOT add, delete or make changes to the information that syncs from within Time Tracking . The changes will be overwritten the next time the sync runs. Add, Delete and make changes to the synced information for Clients in ProviderPro.
As a client manager, you can:
- View client information
- Exclude them as Regular or Guest Client in Time Tracking.
- Assign the qualifications that staff are required to have in order to work with a specific client.
- Assign clients to locations if they are not automatically synced from ProviderPro based on billing cost center.
- Exclude staff from working with a client.
- View the client's schedule.
