Excluding Clients from Time Tracking
You can exclude a client from being used in Time Tracking completely or from appearing in the Guest list for service locations that they are not assigned to.
To edit a client's Time Tracking settings

Note: By default only those clients with a Status of "Active" and a Client Type of "Client" appear in the card list. You can click the Filter icon and clear the Active Only check box to view both active and inactive clients and/or clear the Client Only check box to view placeholder and indirect clients as well.
In addition, you can select to see those clients that appear because you are their Primary, Department and/or Backup manager. - Enter the name of the client you want to view in the Search box or scroll down to the appropriate client's card.

Select the card of the client you want to edit.
Step Results: The client's card opens.
- Select Edit on the Time Tracking Information card.
- Select Exclude From Regular Clients if this client is not used in Time Tracking.
- Select Exclude From Guest Clients to prevent this client from being selected as a guest in service locations he or she is not assigned to.
- When finished, select Save.
