Updating Availability

To update availability:

Task:  
  1. Select My Availability from the menu and then select the day/time block in the grid.

    Step Results: The Available Time pop-up opens.

  2. Select Edit.

  3. Make the desired changes and select Next.
  4. Leave the Yes, start immediately check box selected if you want the change to go into effect now. Otherwise, clear the check box and enter the date the change should begin.

  5. Click Save.

    Step Results: The block in the grid will reflect your changes. The block will appear with stripes on it, if the change is for the future.
