Complete these initial setup tasks before using Staff Scheduling:
- Review and update your Users Settings:
- Change your password
- Add contact information
- Set up staff notification preferences
- Designate preferred scheduling locations
- Set staff hour preferences
- Set up preferred availability
Once you've completed your initial setup tasks, you are ready to use Staff Scheduling to manage your work schedule.
You can:

Review your upcoming shifts

Post a scheduled shift to Available Shifts for another employee to pick up, look for a substitute, or notify your manager that you are calling off a shift
Pick up additional shifts that are either open or that a co-worker posted
Request time off
Send secure messages
- Set your out of office settings
