Informational Exceptions

Description

This report details the various informational exceptions found in Visit Maintenance and lists each exception type by page. A reason code legend can be found at the end of the report.

Use

Use this report to see visits that have informational exceptions for a specified date range.

Field and Columns

Parameters

Use the following fields to limit the report output by:

visits associated with the selected account(s)

(only available on Aggregator view)

Programsvisits for the selected program(s)
Payersvisits for the selected payer(s)
Clientthe client associated with the visit
Servicevisits for the selected service(s) performed during the visit
Supervisorvisits for the selected supervisor(s)
Client Medicaid IDvisits for the entered ID
Employeevisits for the entered employee
Departmentvisits for the selected department(s)
Exceptionsvisits for the selected exception(s)

Report Output

Each column of the report displays:

SPVthe supervisor at the provider agency
Client Medicaid IDthe client’s Medicaid ID
Client Namethe client’s name
Phone #the client’s primary phone number
Employee Namethe name of the employee who carried out the visit
Group Visit Codethe code associated with the group visit
Visit Datethe date the visit occurred
Scheduled Start Timethe scheduled start-time for the related visit
Scheduled End Timethe scheduled end-time for the related visit
Scheduled Hoursthe scheduled time in hours for the related visit
Actual Start Timethe start-time for the related visit
Actual End Timethe end-time for the related visit
Actual Hoursthe time elapsed in hours for the related visit
Adjusted Start Timeany manual edits to the start-time for the related visit
Adjusted End Timeany manual edits to the end-time for the related visit
Adjusted Hoursany manual edits to the hours elapsed for the related visit
Billed Hoursthe billable hours for the related visit
Reason Codesany reason codes applied to the related visit
Tasksthe tasks performed for the visit
EX (Exported)

an indicator of the visit’s exported status 
X = Exported to the aggregator, but not yet exported for payroll or billing

C = A change was made to a previously exported visit

(Blank) = Either fully exported (including payroll or billing), or not yet exported at all
