Disaster Groups

Description:

This report displays a list of clients sorted under their assigned Disaster Group.

Use:

This report can be used by the agency in the event of severe weather that would stop or slow provided services, to view the status of clients who must be seen, regardless of weather conditions.

Filters

This report can be filtered by:

Field	Description
Company	The selected company.
Location	The selected location.
Admit Type	The selected admission type.
Team	The selected team.
Client Status	The selected client’s status.
Date From	The selected starting date in a range.
Date To	The selected ending date in a range.

Sorting

This report can be sorted by:

Field	Description
Client Name	Sorts the report by client name from ascending to descending. Blank if unknown.
Start of Care Date	Sorts the report by the client Start of Care date from ascending to descending.

Report Output

Each column of the report displays:

Field	Description
(Disaster Group)	The name of the disaster group.
Client Name	The client’s name.
Chart ID	The client’s Chart ID number.
Home Phone	The client’s home phone number.
Case Manager	The client’s case manager.
SOC	The client’s Start of Care date.
(Disaster Group) Total	The number of clients in a disaster group.
Grand Total	The grand total of clients.
