Holds By Reason

Description:

This report displays all client holds that occurred during a selected date range. The report includes the client’s name and information, the date of the hold and the reason for the hold.

Use:

This report can be used to quickly reference holds that occurred during a selected date range, or all clients associated with a specific hold.

Filters

This report can be filtered by:

Field	Description
Company	Use this dropdown to select the company.
Location	Use this dropdown to select the location.
Admit Type	Use this dropdown to select the admission type.
Team	Use this dropdown to select the team.
Reason	Use this dropdown to select the hold reason.
Date From	Use this field to search for clients beginning on this date.
Date To	Use this field to search for clients ending on this date.

Report Output

Each column of the report displays:

Field	Description
Client Name	Displays the client name.
Chart ID	Displays the chart ID.
Hold Date	Displays the hold date.
SOC	Use this dropdown to select the team.
Physician	Use this dropdown to select the payor.
Hold Reason	Use this dropdown to select the manager.
Total Clients By Reason	Use this field to search for clients beginning on this date.
