Staff Documentation Renewal

Description:

This report displays a list of staff members and any compliance documentation that either needs or will need renewing based on the selected filters. The report includes the staff member’s name and ID number, the compliance document, and the renewal date.

Use:

This report can be used to quickly reference recent or upcoming compliance renewals for staff members.

Limitations:

Filters

This report can be filtered by:

Field	Description
Company	Use this dropdown to select the company.
Location	Use this dropdown to select the location.
Team	Use this dropdown to select the team.
Staff Status	Use this dropdown to select the staff member’s status.
Staff	Use this field to select the staff member. Using a partial term displays all results matching the term.
Coordinator	Use this dropdown to select the coordinator.
Date From	Use this field to search for renewals beginning on this date.
Date To	Use this field to search for renewals ending on this date.
Internal Staff	Select this check box to limit the report only internal staff.

Report Output

Each column of the report displays:

Field	Description
Staff Name	Displays the staff member’s name.
ID	Displays the staff member’s ID.
Compliance Code	Displays the name of the compliance document.
Results	Displays the result of the compliance document.
Renewal	Displays the compliance document’s renewal date.
