Employee Compliance Sheet
Description:
This report displays the compliance items selected in the payor’s Compliance Settings (Main Menu > Billing > Payor > Compliance Settings) and if the staff member is compliant. The report displays the documents as well as their completion date, expiration date, and any other information associated with the item.
Use:
This report can be used to quickly assess staff member compliance, identify non-compliant staff members, and review upcoming out of compliance dates.

Note: Company and Payor must be selected before running this report. |

Field | Description |

Company | The selected company. |
Location | The selected location. |
Payor | The selected payor. |
Staff | The selected staff member. |
Staff Status | The selected staff status. |
Position | The selected position. |
Staff Type | The selected staff type. |
Report Output
Each column of the report displays:
Field | Description |

Name | The staff member’s name. |
Hire Date | The staff member’s hire date. |
Position | The staff member’s position. |
Agency ID | The staff member’s Agency ID number. |
Gender | The staff member’s gender. |
Document | The name of the compliance item. |
Completed Date | The date the compliance item was completed. |
Expiration Date | The date the compliance item expires. |
Result | The result of the compliance item. |
Comments | The notes or comments associated with the compliance item. |
